Are these guidelines for patients of all ages or only 12 years and up? This is so interesting to me because it’s the same medication (symbicort) the only thing that changes is the frequency of its use . And not until steps 4 dose a dosage change occur .

I'm extremely frustrated and cannot believe that the board exam would test on all this. Especially since there are *two* practice guidelines (GINA and NAEPP). I'm tired of board exam preps just giving us pages and pages and pages and pages of tiny font tables. It isn't reasonable.
