Nice video! Although you missed out the fact that sebaes are supposed to be brown/tan in colour. Any anemone which have a white body and/or tentacles are bleached (which they usually are from any lfs)! So with white sebaes, the best care would be to feed them regularly with meaty foods while they gain back their zooxanthellae :)

Not cycled properly then ich, a gift that kept giving left my tank without fish for 3 weeks only to have ich come back so I used copper. Hey Brock I have a 220 gallon aquarium and currently have 10 clown fish that are about 2 inches long, a vlamingi tang 5 inches long and a fox face rabbit fish about 5 inches long as well. I was wondering if you think I could manage a Stars and Stripes puffer to get along with these fish if I get a very small specimen from the pet store that has a friendly personality? I also plan on getting a Blue hippo tang and a yellow tang. I thought of adding the puffer last to create less aggression in the tank as well @BrockLeonard
@BrockLeonard4 жыл бұрын
I think that will work perfectly. The puffer needs to be fed well because they can get aggressive toward your other fish if hungry. Are you planning on keeping coral? They would be picking at those corals sadly.

Can Seabae anemones eat cleaner shrimp or any other invertebrates?
@BrockLeonard4 жыл бұрын
So shrimp have that hard shell that protects them from getting stung, but whenever they molt, that shell is soft and until it gets hardened, they can be stung if they swim into the anemone. Normally they are smart enough not too, but I've seen some make mistakes.

Hey Brock, off topic, but do you have any experience with Chalice corals? I have a thriving mixed reef and everything is growing crazy including my acropora except for a single chalice coral. Its been in my tank for 6 months, but has done nothing. I moved it into different light parameters but no luck. Thanks
@BrockLeonard4 жыл бұрын
I'm going to be honest, chalice's can be tough. My fish always knock them off the rock and the end up in the sand eventually bleaching. Spot feeding is one of the best ways to keep chalice corals.
