Clarification: students of 4 year integrated courses with more than 75% aggregate can appear for UGC NET for JRF and for Ph.D., but such candidates will not be eligible for assistant professor. To become eligible for assistant professor, you can give UGC NET in the final year of your masters' course or after completing your masters with aggregate 55%.

I have qualified JRF by filing form in 4 yr UG category since i have done 5yr BBA LLB but when i checked eligibility for phd admission in universties, most of central university or big private univ demand LLM as pre requisite and they dont view this 4 yr category to applicable on 5 yr integrated law courses
