Very nice harvest lien I’ve noticed not only do they get sweet when soft but the starchy ness on fingers when peeling fades

@@liennguyenthi1360 i have not grown them yet myself. I have rhizomes stored for next spring and tried some fresh recently for first time, all thanks to Vanessa

I just started growing yacon in a large containers. I used a slow release fertilizer but not sure if that's enough. Did you add some fertilizer?

Hi, bone meal and blood meal are the best fertilizer for roots crop.
