2 unique characters who both have a strong passion for the game plus their own jobs. Mando is sort of the new kid on the block. Considering how good Joe was over the last 6 years and having to step out of his shadows was a tough task. Though Mando kinda sounds exactly like him and is just as fiery. Mando is only in his 1st year as a host, but he will become a gameday icon if he keeps this up. Mel needs zero introductions about her reputation. She began her time with the team as a member of the Young Bucks, then went to the Bucks Dance Team or "The Energy" as it was known as at the time. Now after being a host for Fiserv Forum and the Bradley Center before that, Mel has just been outstanding and now this year the Bucks Marketing Crew has expanded her role. Now she has become a sideline reporter to go along with the excellent Zora Stephenson. I kinda feel like she was trained last postseason for the reporter role by Stephenson but also their 2 highest paid reporters last year in The Athletic's Eric Nehm and ESPN's Malika Andrews. As I said before, this organization is dedicated to their craft both on and off the court. And when the playoffs come, the biggest home court advantage in the NBA over the past 4 seasons will be in full effect. And those 2 plus Bango will be in the center of attention when it comes to the highly regarded Bucks Entertainment Network.
