I wouldn't read too much into it, Jon Jones doesn't too a lot of open workouts nowadays either. Open workout is just for the fans, to hype things up. Anthony Pettis looked amazing at the open workouts before UFC 242, nate just smoked a CBD joint. And what happened in the fight was the exact opposite, Anthony didn't do anything. Just watch the fight and don't get too invested in the outcome, MMA is too unpredictable.

Khabib trains hard enough not to do any open workout that shows how confident he's on his preparations. He worked his ass off and whenever khabib did only speech in the open workout he comes out smoky fight night. This weekend you will see one of his best performance!!
