The specific rules of ONE the fighters have to obey allow for this excellent fighting program to have a unique one of a kind fight that wouldn't be seen anywhere else but ONE. I go to the ONE Chapionship gym in Santa Ana, it's a great facility in a safe rich area of the city since there are some spots where its poor dirty gangsters homeless,, but this part they are in a very high class plaza pricey fancy building with professional - highly knowledgeable experience fighters taught techniques and the quality of their equipment is above standard everlast.

See this is what I like about Thai fighters compared to Filipino fighters. With Thai fighters they are more technical when they throw punches, they keep their heads up and follow thru with the punches. On the other hand i notice almost every single Filipino fighter from "Team Lakay" share the same style and technique, they always throw heavy haymakers with their head and face, facing down. It's like they spam hay-makers and hope it connects no skills just keep throwing blind heavy punches with their eyes close, it will eventually hit it's mark lmao.

You cant really compare a thai fighter to a Filipino fighter pound for pound in general. Most Thais are or have backgroumds in Muay Thai who take that martial arts very seriously. Whereas Muay Thai being one of the deadliest and effectuve martial arts.

Takes more skill to actually look at where you're gonna punch and follow thru with it and to accept the fact that getting punch is all part of the game/sport. Anyone even with mediocre training and experience in some form of combat sport can spam power shots with their head down will sooner or later catch someone's chin doesn't make them a good fighter lol 😅😆🤣 Perfect example compare how Rodtang fight to any of the Filipino fighter fighting out of Team Lakay, big difference. Rodtang punches with his head up, chin tucked not blindly and constantly throwing power shots at every chance he gets and quickly scurrying away because he dont want to get hit in the face hahaha.
