Asher didn't have relationship with either those girls when Spencer came in the story ,so he can't say Spencer stole them he kind of gave them away he was a terrible boyfriend and he would probably admit that in the end , And Layla was so aggressive and thirsty for Spencer she never gives Spencer time to really like her she was too flirting and fake and just almost stalking him
