its not nerfed. Its how it should be modeled. The 2B in game is able to almost always a couple crew members and disable the breach. In real life that would be a kill since the tank is useless. In game it can repair in 30seconds.

Honestly, the TURMS can be frontally shredded at range with a single burst from a Gepard. You can single tap 2S38s with Begleitpanzer SAP. They only way either one is really OP is if they get the drop on you. At 9.7 that was too easy because they have thermals and a lot of stuff at 8.7-9.3 doesn't. At 10.0 that advantage really goes away

It has firepower and optics , personally i need 2 of 3 things for a good ground vehicle either armour and firepower or speed and firepowers . Optics are great and are a great addition to any vehicle but not at the cost of one of the 3 key things i already stated .The turms should be at 9.3 maybe 9.7 but it sure dont make my 10 lineup i would rather have the t64B, t72B ,t72b 1989 , bmp 2 m , bmp 3 , 2s38 ,2s25 , 2s25m lol when a Premium cant even make its own br lineup let alone .3br below it , its not even worth 5 dollars lets alone 70, the ONLY time i even think its viable is on a Long range map at night

@@BrianOriet So can other vehicles at 10.3 but the Turms has ERA and trolly armor. Its got a better gun, round, thermals and armor then most 10.3 tanks. Its speed is also good. The only bad things about it is its reverse speed and gun depression. No reason why it should not be 10.3.

the problem with Bradley is the TOW missile pod takes time to arm unlike Weisel. that being sayed i wish gaijin adds Humvee TOW to the game at 9.3 or 9.0 alomg with other Humvee varient like Humvee 25 and Avenger.

Dude, I gunned one in desert storm 1991. It's an awesome vehicle. Our tow missles were bad, and a lot of guys were experiencing them hitting the ground at its arming range and summer saulting to detonation. The 25 is accurate as hell.

Yeah and as I am looking at the tech tree right now there is not a good lineup in which you can bring the m3a3 without pairing it up with 0.6 higher or 0.6 lower br tanks so no good f2p lineup anymore. You can only pair it with all the premiums but m3a3 for f2p people has to be uptiered to play it with other tanks. Also, every nation has light tanks around 9.0 besides usa now, which sucks bc scouting can be very op. Now you are almost always uptiered by 1.6 br at which point your mobility doesn't do jack shit and you are just a camping light tank because you cant even fire the missiles on the move. I never thought the Bradley was that op when they nerfed the tow2B missiles because you actually had to play it well to get 3/4 missiles off for 1 kill on a Russian tank which gives the enemy some time to react.

In my opinion the br change wasn't that necessary since tandem warhead atgms sometimes won't even do anything to normal armor let alone era but it definitely won't make the Chadley worse. It's typical of Gaijin though a tank will get this but it will come at a price usually, there always have to be a compromise even when not needed.

The m3a3 and bmp2m going in the same br is dumb, the bmp2m has more pen and can fire on the move while the bradley needs to stop to deploy the launcher. Definitely balance

I just unlocked this bradley and I'm working on getting tow 2B modification... I did not know I could use the commander optics to be in a turret down position and use the missiles lol 😂 that changes everything. I do that with the type 10 I should have thought about that SMH

It can definitely be mitigated by playstyle and experience but using these IFVs and light tanks with auto cannons (especially ones with slow rpm) that are easily one shot is kind of a struggle if you're used to being aggressive with tanks with regular cannons.

Hey justin, with all due respect, at 16:14 you shot your tow-2b more or less at the same point on that T-72B. Little more to the left (from your point of view) and you would have had the kill. Still frustrating to use TOW-2B's as they barely do any damage, but once you're used to them their effectiveness increases quite a bit (speaking out of experience with the CV9040 BILL).

I hate the TOW-2B’s, they’re absolutely broken in open/hilly maps but will almost never take less than 4-5 hits to destroy a t-72 (and I’ve have plenty of cases where their ammo was destroyed but didn’t go off). Thanks to the Wiesel 1A2 I absolutely live the TOW-2A’s, and I never understood why the M3A3 didn’t have them. It can finally reliably one tap tanks and fight in really close quarters

Imo, its fine at 9.7 and would be still ok even at 10.0. Yeah the 2B's don't guarantee kills, but they bring such good utility to the vehicle. Nicest kill with 2B's was a 1km one tap on a mark from an ally over a hill where I didn't have LOS and only guided the missile from the mark. you can only do that with the B's

I had been asking for the TOW2A ever since the 2B got nerfed to hell. It was the only thing the A3 had over the base bradley, and it just wasn't good once the missile was nerfed. The A3 should still be 9.3 IMO as the BMP and Dardo are the same BR but are much better within warthunder

I was in a game on maginot line and started out with the Bradley because of the top down missiles and like usual I went to a hill and saw an strf emerge on a hill across from me so I throw a tow-2b at him and he sees it but I hit him before he gets away about four feet above his turret and it hits his radiator and damages a crew mate That’s it then he promptly returns fire with a BILL seeing this and having much more time to react I back down the hill and his missile hits about ten feet above my turret and destroys everything every crew mate and turret component I had with overpressure killing me and that’s when I knew the Bradley was done being competitive

It's been more than 2 years since this boi was released back during Ixwa Strike. It went from being a bit broken to being very meh and now it gets what we've been asking for after a year or so of the TOW-2Bs being nerfed to shit. To put things in perspective, it took Gaijin *THIS LONG* to finally give the US a ground vehicle with tandems while Russia and then Germany has had them for a while.

It automatically stowes away when you go faster than 15kph or so. It's pretty annoying, would be nice if we got the option to manually stow it away like search radar dishes. I believe irl it's not automated and it needs to be lowered manually, although mandatory per manual when going for a drive to avoid any possible damage.

It also I guess is important for balancing top tier because without era I'm pretty sure even my m60s 300mm pen apds might easily kill a t90 to the front at a really good angle with no era but era built stupid in war thunder. Even after it gets destroyed it basically regenerates and does not matter which drives me insaine.

That "straight game" wasn't. You just got lucky and got put on the side without premtards (premtard - a clown who bought a premium but has no backups and nothing else in their lineup, the worst of the worst). Half the other team were one death losers. Not going to lie, the BR changes have made 8.3-9.3 so good. Like the game is actually playable again at that tier. I think at this stage what Gaijin need to do with the premiums is the same thing they did with the Israeli M51: if it's all you have in it's BR bracket, you get three per match, just to end the one death crap.

just wondering if anyone else has noticed this but when im in gun sight shooting at someone and they fire, the round would always seem to hit my vehicle above my view, but if im killed by a round it would often be through my hull even though the round looked like it impacted high on turret, im curious if this is just always the case or is the camera much further down than should be which in turn would make me show more of my vehicle than i want.

A point to bear in mind is that all the soft terrain in the map has a layer you can shoot through, so if you're cresting a rise on snow, sand or dirt, there's a layer on top of that rise that people can shoot right through. It's about as deep as the track impressions are. So good players are going to aim to put a shot through that layer into your hull if they need to.
