Nah, theres already a bunch of excellent chinese animators (even working on japanese animations) Donghuas are raising the bar every year, they dont deserve to be looked down upon even more. People should stop with the hate and this superiority arrogance cause orange boogeyman said chinamen bad. Just ask why people dont use the original voice over instead of japanese, 99% will say chinese sounds awful... well japanese Piper didnt said "Eat my dust" like the chinese voice actor that sounded way more cooller than localising the line, she also didnt do the tongue sound tsk tsk in the scene 🤷‍♂️

This is what genshit a "story over gameplay" lacks, a connection and interaction between the already existing characters, they feel alive and not just a standing NPC card board in the background A very satisfying yet also mysterious conclusion for arc 1, hope the team keep cooking good stuffs for the future updates

If only all of the EN VAs had their lines recorded. This would have been absolute peak...as proved by the JP Dub (the missing EN voices really threw off my immersion in the story) 😭
