jagervw Good eye! We do have a few Air Guard who work on/with the Army and therefore allowed to compete according to the Competition in Arms Program.

I have brain injury...I had the idea to try to do this with 22...my fine motor skills are not very good...and because of my tbi my vision Is not to good and have double vision.. But this can be good fun therapy... Maybe get other close head injury survivors To try...what you think
@JaredAF2 жыл бұрын
There is an Olympic discipline called Vision Impaired Shooting. Maybe try getting involved with an ISSF club.

Where could anyone get better instruction than this, they can't'; plus, it's free.

We have to agree with you! It's a long week for both the competitors and USAMU Soldiers running the matches, but the training value pays off. And, you cannot help but see smiling faces on all those Soldiers as they learn and test their skills. And the bragging rights for the winners...#priceless!

What kind of lube are they using? Just ordinary CLP? Great vid, no better instructions out there

During this time you could only use Berettas?

Man, I miss those days. Looks funny to see everyone shooting Barettas. No wimpy 9s for us. Colt 1911 45ACP Hardball. Ha. Both for the 45 round and the Centerfire round. Came here after watching a self-protection video where the guy was going on about a police officer shooting a guy at 50 yards and it only took him two shots using both hands and supported.

And in my country we use "sissified" 9 mm hitting bulls eye on 100 yards or more...with one hand ... because we know they fly better than .45.
@jimv.6612 жыл бұрын
@@BosisofSweden And, I use my 1911 45 Auto for hunting (100+ yards). And, my 45 Colt for shooting pop cans, with one hand at 100 yards. The "sissified 9" is like shooting a 22. It takes more to master the 45's.

Both of you are hilariously goofy boomers. Upload a video of you shooting pop cans back to back at 100yd’s with your 1911 grandpop… we’ll be waiting so long, we’ll be able to pick your 1911 at your estate sale…

Military in general doesnt allow for enough of this type shooting. Lots of wasted and useless training
