Very good rhythm and very accurate guitar parts, but may i suggest (especially when you reach for higher notes), to relax your throat a little? It might make the notes come out a little smoother.

I'm sorry I don't like it so much. The guitar strumming is too "freestyle". The rythem is accurate, and the small passages are also accurate and very nice (like from when 1:37 to 1:39 - that was very cool), but as I said - the strumming style is too freestyle. Try to make a more accurate strumming. And your singing is ok, but maybe you try too much. Try another scale, maybe it would be easier for you. So as I said, overall I don't like it too much, but it's nice. Keep making music :-).
