Service manual says to replace the outer bearing races upon removal, and not to re-use them. Does All Balls provide new ones?

Are the top bearings smaller size that the bottom ones, I need new bearings and everything for my pit bike, but I don't know where to get the stuff, like the steering stem adjustment nut, and the steering race and washers

In the kit there are two rubber seals, the large one is the dust seal, what is the smaller one for?

i had 2 upper bearing dust seals as well, maybe that's a spacer if there's too much play

Love how the torque wrench was set at 0😂

The wrench was not set a "0" it starts at 0 then goes up as you tighten the fastener, it just took a few turns alternating between pinch bolts for the wrench to show a reading which eventually was the correct torque spec.

Mine 3 hours and $300-$400......

This is not a very good set of directions. No special tools such as a press, heat gun or spanner wrench are needed for this job.

Well Jesse if you were to check you would see these are the EXACT steps from HONDA! We know everybody has a better way but needed to be safe and follow the manufacturer on this one. All Balls was great to work with!
