It looked like they were headed in the right direction in season 2 with the addition of outbreak and Firebase Z but since then they really haven't done much. Outbreak is cool and all,but really it's Fireteam maps with a zombies element. This game is halfway through it's life cycle and we only have two round-based maps, it's sad that people are more interested in Victis remakes than current Cold war story. imo this game's maps feel devoid of personality and mixed with the lack of zombie specific characters we have a product that feels boring. Hopefully they turn it around with the upcoming seasons but at the rate we're going, I don't think zombies is going to be in a great position.

yeah also both maps being facility maps arent helping. if only they were to make some more creative maps, like Moon and Der eisendrache, or even shadows of evil. the game is lacking creativity and content.

@@casperlavalley1568 We gotta note that this game was rushed and the zombies dev team was in a tight spot. Their main story just ended and their Chaos story didn't receive positive feedback, 1 of their directors left because they finished off the story, and Activision did not pushed back the released date for treyarch to have their full development time. We cannot blame treyarch here, it's Activision being greedy and rushing development.

You also got to play as an actual crew of characters, not bland asf operators that only have like 4 voicelines each. You also blew up the Earth at the end of the EE, not leaving (German, Vietnam or Outbreak) Base in a helicopter.

I just want y'all to watch Bo3's compilation of easter eggs and tell me how you feel about Cold War after. I played Der Eisendrache again and did the easter egg with randoms online and it was extremely fun and satisfying. You get dope wonder weapons, they are fun to build, cool variations and the easter egg steps aren't given to you at all you just do them and shit happens. Maybe if they just made the new map didn't walk us through like babies in cold war and made us hunt and actually think It would be funner.

I dont see how people think cold wars gameplay an system is even close to bo3 especially with pap being the way it is. you literally have to spend 50k to get maximum usage out of pap thats insane. you can no longer hop into a game an go to round 30 and decide to switch guns easily and go pack a new gun its awful. getting two fully packed guns takes at least 30 rouns too. they are trying to fix a game that isnt broken like why replace the shield with armor when the shield is just fine.
