Anyways, i have read the characters stories in the game, and Black Widow story looks too focused on Captain America, I think Marvel Rivals writers are following the MCU with these specific characters, but if there are more, maybe im wrong.

Rivals is a mix of comic and MCU, though I'd say it leans more on the comic side. MCU didn't give Natasha the serum that halts her aging and we never got a Black Widow film until post Endgame, so their lack of relationship I'd say is primarily those two factors.
