Every time Matoma cries, I do it too! It's just the way he emotes all the feelings. If he is feeling pain or sorrow through the song, I do it too. I just want to hug him and tell him that everything will be alright. Hopefully, we can have him back in a future season. He belongs there.

He wears his emotions on his sleeves and I love that about him. Most of the time judges don't show they are vulnerable but, he does and for me that is unique. I know when I see him get emotional about a song he hears something special and I'm in for a treat. He is contagious because I get emotional with him. He is an amazing judge unlike so many others.

I get it. Music makes me very emotional. Not just the lyrics but how a song sounds to me. The tone of the artist voice. And, how others react to the song. If they're crying than I am too.
