Some of the bosses aren't in the exact order, the prototype is after the true first Mister X encounter (Yinshi Valley).

I’d be fascinated to see a challenge mode where the player either faces every boss one after another, a boss rush, or all at once. Hugin, Munin, Mister X and an Arsenal Bird all at once? I doubt even the best players could come out on top in that.

I bet that there are more bosses (some of them are mid-bosses), like: The supply ships (Mission 17), the fake ally squadron (that mission where Full Band dies), Mimic Squadron (both SP Missions 1 & 2), Mister X (Mission 7), The Alicorn (SP Mission 3), those Rafale that were launched from the Alicorn (SP Mission 1), the Drones (Mission 2) (Yup, I count them as a mid-boss) and the ICBM (Magic Spear?). Of course, I would count the Oil Trucks, but those are harmless targets, not bosses.

I wouldn't consider the Supply Ships and the ICBM as bosses, since they are just targets to shoot while avoiding other planes. The drones from mission 2 and the SACS (the planes from the Alicorn, which are Rafales, not Typhoons) are just elite enemies, they aren't bosses.

@@piergiorgiocaroli9201 and what about Mimic Squadron, Mister X in Yinshi Valley and The Alicorn? Edit: replaced Typhoon with Rafale, but anyway, i get confused everytime

@@YTSirBlack Those are indeed boss battles. Even the fake allied squadron can be considered a boss battle. For me a boss battle is a challenging fight with unique enemies.
