if you are in a fortress over a large lava ocean, soul sand valley, or warped forest (basalt might work too idk) and turn your render distance between 4-8 you are constantly unloading and reloading the chunks so it manipulates blazes and with skeletons to spawn near you (if below 4 then its too close and wont work) t_wag, a smart member of the community has a video on it ill try to find it hope that helped

I'd say even completing level 1 raid counts as more of a boss than an elder guardian. Raids have health bars like the ender dragon and wither, and it actually requires practice/powerful gear. When I do a full boss run of MC, I leave out the elder guardian, because killing even a hoglin is harder than that
