38:07 my approch 25 * 38 = step1 : - 4 factor is 36 or 40 so you round figure closest no 38 to 36(for 4 factor) so ans 900 step2 :- then minus 38-36 = 2 so you Add 25 (i)+25 (ii) = 50 one point value is 25 because you multiply 25 step3 :- 900 + 50 = 950

1:21:48 , haan sir apne galat bola hai (mai hu na) wale method mai sirf aur sirf 35 se leke 65 tak ka hi sq nikal sakta hai .agar uske uper ke value (eg-26 ka sq)ka difference {e.g(50-24) D=26} toh 26-25=-1 ayega aur -1 ko likh bhi dete hai toh kya faida humko toh differnce ka sq nikal na padega (26 ka sq) and same goes for karma method agar agr diffrence hi jyada ho toh akhir mai usse diffrence ka sq nikal na padega like 84 ka sq = 100-74= 26 akhir m 26 ka squre nikal m hi time lag jayega
