All Changes for Patch 14.5

These are all the changes for Patch 14.5 that will be released on March 6th.
Beginning with the champion buffs
Jarvan’s armor growth is increased and his Q cooldown will be lower at later levels
Only red kayn will get buffed by making giving his passive and ultimate more healing
Kog Maw will have more movement speed in his passive, his Q cast time will be lower, E will slow more and his R will deal more damage
Reksai is getting some changes trying to still support bruiser reksai. The E and R damage didnt hit the mark, especially after the E true damage gor removed
Sivir gets some more armor which is really appreciated in lane
Veigar’s Q will scale more with ap and his R will have a lower cooldown
Vex’s passive has a better ap scaling and his E cooldown now gets fully refunded after killing an enemy champion
And lastly, Wukong now needs less passive stacks to hit his max amount of bonus armor.
Now the champion nerfs, which will be for a lot of junglers.
Bel veth her E damage reduction will be lowered.
Brand his R damage and cooldown will receive some nerfs, especially late game
Evelynn is dominating higher elo, she might seem to hover around a 50% winrate but thats just because of the newer players dragging her winrate down. So riot is trying to slow her clear down by nerfing her Q
Maokai got another overall nerf, by getting his movement speed reduced and his W having a bigger cooldown, however his Q damage got increased vs monsters
Nidalee will have less movement speed and her Cougar Q will deal less damage
Senna’s Q ad ratio will be reduced
Twisted fate has been a big topic of discussion in riot. Since high elo players make better use of his E, since they have better spacing than low elo players, riot wants to mainly nerf high elo twisted fate players by nerfing his E
Vayne is getting nerfs to her passive and Q that allowed her to space a bit too well, especially in the early levels
And lastly zac will get less healing from his passive blobs, but his W will deal slightly more damage
Up to the champion adjustments
These seraphine changes are a lot so you can pause the video if you want to read them. The gist of it is that her non-support roles are performing too well, players are clearly voting for her support to be her primary supported playstyle
Smolder is getting changes by his Q, E and R. Riot really doesn’t know what they want to do with smolder after changing him for the 3th time since release.
Yorick his ghouls deal less damage to enemies hit by the E, his maiden will be tankier but will no longer take less damage vs aoe
Now to the system buffs
Dream maker gives a bigger shield and increasing outgoing damage
Heartsteel will deal more damage
Hextech rocketbelt will have its price slightly increased but will give more AP which is an overall buff
Stormsurge will receive a buff for once, giving more movement speed
Celestial Opposition will have its item cooldown decreased and slow power increased
Sunfire Aegis will give more health and will deal more damage
And now the item nerfs
Frozen heart will be more expensive and give less armor
Lich barne will have its ap ratio lowered
And Solstice Sleigh will have a longer item cooldown, give less hp and the decaying movement speed will be lowered
