Well Tripp had around 3 walkers on him, that probably killed him. And he hit the back of his head on that poll, and there was probably millions of walkers on the ground where he fell. People are saying he fell into water, even if he did the impact would have killed him anyway. Ava had a walker on her as she fell, again the impact of the ground or water would 100% kill her. I doubt TellTale would do another "I got out" moment anyway.
