Yeah, when rosetta launch, she's gonna be even better since rosetta gives huge debuffs on the defense of the enemy, i think she has the potential to give 80% to 100% debuff on enemy def, which makes her do good damage too, which is kinda difficult for a tank but it's not difficult for her.

Actually all new A are free, and f2p can get all new S character if not spend anything apart from the debut banner, but for Nier team, A2 and 9S are free, and you might want to skip Luna for pull 2B, Luna will comeback at anniversary anyways and Nier team get buff if full team.

I don't think your bow is for s Bianca tho. Most likely for a Bianca, to pull or not is up to you to calculate the amount of BC , 15k per char if no luck is involved.

and surprisingly, the game is very efficient on your phone, when i play honkai impact 3 my phone is burning, but with PGR i get to choose the best graphics settings so my phone doesn't overheat, same with the dorms, in HI3 gets really laggy but in PGR runs like a charm at 60 fps

Rosetta is really needed to support Alpha. Still better Rosetta than Nanami B to SS. but it's your choice. Paid Luna skins. and Skin Lucia also paid.

How does one even get Rosetta? I am a relatively new player and getting Rank 40 in a few days is just not possible to play the event. But even then I was looking through the event shops she is not available.
