Makes me wonder why during the Clone Wars only the ARC troopers use them they already customize their armour any way with the various paint jobs the clones do to their armour. Then again it could be they were constrained with regular army rules e.g standardized equipment rules with SF getting a bit more leeway in equipment choices.

There's something I found interesting in Samson's primary blaster is that his DC-15 Battle Riffle has scope on it, which is kinda rare because I find none in CW tv show series whatsoever. Either he's an expert sharpshooter or to increase his accuracy in long-range combat.

I think it's just for the 3D model because later you can see a few TK Troopers and clones using the same DC-15's too. Also the one elite squad woman in the first season had it too. And you can even see more scenes of TK troopers using them in the trailer

Great episode but does anyone else think it’s crazy how an operative was pretty much single handedly able to take out a base with some of the most experienced war vets. Really hope they didint hype up the clone rebellion for it to end so shortly

It’s become so important to the story Echo left the main cast to join the rebellion. It’s not our fault for hyping it up. If your reading a story about more and more people standing up to evil over time naturally you’d expect the big payoff to be some sort of rebellion or large demonstration

Thank you so much for making this video! Like everyone else said, I love Samson's armor. I wonder why they decided to kill him off because he is no reg trooper and a lot of effort was put in designing him. I also assume that he was very highly trained so.... I guess we don't actually know that they are dead because its an exposition effect. Hopefully they return in an episode :)

Yeah but adding onto what you said, I am really happy the writers took the extra step to design each clone uniquely and giving them names. ​@joshc214 I think it's far more likely that he was one of the two members of Howzer’s squad to survive, and then he just chose to paint his armor purple after he was rescued from the Empire. I say this because Samson's haircut looks nearly identical to one of the two troopers that Howzer was rescued alongside back in season 2.

As the name suggests (corps) their are multiple decisions with different armor, in the clone wars phase one members of the 91st look way different than they do in the clone wars because they are different sub divisions, to prove my point: the 41st elite corps will all have some different armor Commander Deviss is in the 327th sky corps but is red And the 7th sky corps holds the 212th attack battalion which is why some troopers are yellow like Crys or the yellow trooper in season 7
