Wait, I just got an idea: what if many of these glitches will be purposefully present in future maps and will actually serve as arena carriables. You could pick one up and throw it to achieve roughly the same effect as a glitch grenade!

my assumption its not a new map, but rather a new condition. Scotty and June's words might have Provoked CNS, remember "they can't outsmart the finals." so CNS proved They can and hacked all maps, resulting in a new condition "Hacked by CNS." hacking a virtual map means --> misplaced blocks, floating things, even disrupted gravity, new areas, glitched parts. what we have seen may our familiar maps but just destroyed by CNS, this puts CNS as the antagonist, but pay attention Scotty may be behind all of it, the first video he denied it was hacks "its glitches." with your theory about 1 of them being a virtual commentary, if Scotty is not real, then how he competed? has he already hacked the finals in order to present himself as a contestant before? does this justify what June said, "just like Scotty"?, does June know the reality of Scotty?

They put so much thought into promoting next season and lore, but when it came to designing the "events"/ game modes they had a guy thinking "Hmm, let's reduce the game content by 75% and call it an event."...

The focus of these main patches seemed to be fixing and polishing out the game imo. Hence the security fixes ui fixes etc. which is good because how are you going to have content and events in your game if it’s not polished?

I hope it ties into arc raiders in some way, I've been following it since the finals' alpha and with the near radio silence it feels as though finals' success has put that game into the back burner. not to mention the "exfil shooter" genre-switch with the already set in place "massive robots" and thirdperson themes could cause a terrible "development hell" effect for the game...
