Technically speaking Neyo (of all people) also has a distinct figure. It's labeled as "Clone pilot," but it's just a generic phase-2 trooper with Neyo's markings. Since it only appears in game during the Order 66 cutscene, and there's only of them, it's safe to assume that this is Neyo. Edit: Never mind you were talking about LSW1, not TCS. I don't think Clone Pilot was in that game. My bad

does anyone know why the clones in lego star wars 3 had the wrong torso design most of the time? (but not always for some reason???)

I think it has to do with them wanting to keep the art design consistent with the other games for a lot of the characters; notice how they don't have the giant eyes the actual Lego Minifigures gave them (which was an attempt to look like the animated show). They opted for regular eyes similar to the first 2 games. I think they used any existing Clone Trooper designs leftover from the first game but for characters with specific designs on their torso, they opted to base it directly on their minifigure (Phase 1 Cody for example). Long answer I know, but it's what I'm guessing. Coulda also just been an oversight.

During the original production of clone minifigures, they actually did have the same torso pieces as their ROTS versions, since there weren't any "501st legion Clones" or "212th battalion Clones." Originally you would get your Rex or Cody figure with custom markings, and then one or two generic unmarked troopers. So instead of creating an entirely new figure they just made a new version of the Phase-1 helmet (this was before TCW season 4, so they didn't need to make a Phase-2 helmet yet). Once more named clones started getting figures, and in general people wanted generic clones who still had colored markings, they switched to the new torso design used for the Rex and Cody figures for all clones, including the unmarked ones. It's possible some of these older figures with ROTS torsos were referenced for the generic clones by mistake.

I have two clones on my shelf right now that have ROTS-style torsos, and I remember having more that have since been lost. I suppose it's possible that all of the sets I got were all misprints, but that seems unlikely.
