If anyones wondering why Blue Super Sonic isn’t losing rings, it’s because when Sonic turned into Super Sonic, the Super animation was interrupted and while Sonic is transforming you have a few seconds that Sonic is blue until he turns yellow so in between those 2 frames you get super sonic and normal sonic combined

This is the easiest way to get black super characters (unless sonic): Put the S monitor behind or previous the glitch monitor (idk their name) When glitch monitor turn to other character you want to turn black, break 2 monitors fast

The yellow sonic glitch also exists in Sonic 1 and Sonic 2 2013, All you have to do is break an S Monitor and go to debug mode before turning Super. This glitch was patched in Sonic 3 Origins.

Blue supersonic isn’t actually supersonic. You’re still just in your base form but it’s almost like you’re mid transformation. The only difference is your spines and animations so you’re not invincible. You’re not faster. You have no after image and stuff like that.

Either get enough medallions from the special stages, or enter this code during the start up screen before the "Plus" sign comes out: up up down down up up up up. It might still work if you don't have Sonic Mania Plus but I'm not sure. Edit: I think you need to do it after the Plus sign comes out.
