4:28 That's actually Lilia's mark. Marvel released 7 promotional Tarot cards before the show came out and each card has that unique squiggle in the lower right corner (the same way the Rider Waite deck has a unique mark) that indicate they are Lilia's. We can only guess based on the events in the episode and what we know of her magick and her character. What we do know is: a) She did a reading on William and saw that his lifeline is broken in two. The lights flicker showing her Divination magick is active. She tells William to "Enjoy the now. It's the only thing that's certain." b) Lilia places the sigil on William and promptly forgets she ever met him. c) We know that the sigil keeps any witch from finding out details about William or Billy. (There are unused scenes where Alice loses her job because she couldn't document the accident victim's name.) Now that Billy's broken the sigil, maybe we'll find out more. 14:33 Maybe. I didn't think that was the reason, but I shared that on the last video. I didn't think it was new information for Agatha. I don't think she would hate him because of Wanda. Pull back into her defenses and be a total B-word, yes. However, you are not the only viewer who thought it was because he was Wanda's son. You all could be right. "I mean weren't they real to begin with though?" I'm getting tired of hearing these from every reactor and it's kind of getting annoying. But to clarify it again, They are real. Wanda possesses the first and was said to be the most powerful form of magic in Marvel - Chaos Magic. It is now called "Primordial Chaos," being given a retcon from 'magic', to a primal force that predates Creation. It probably became known as magic because that's how Wanda and Chthon see and use it that way. It was their own interpretation of this primal and potent cosmic force. In the comics, it was said by Clea (appeared in the mid-credit scene in DSitMoM ) and Agatha Harkness that all life and magic require Chaos, and it is the building block of Creation. With this magic, Wanda is able to not only manipulate realities, but also control the very fabric of existence. This mean that she can create everything, including Life, out of nothing, and destroy it. The fact that her children have souls proves that they are real. But were products of magic. In the comics, Wanda used her probability manipulating powers to render herself pregnant, and stole shards of Mephisto's soul, allowing them to have human consciousness and sentience. Wanda's use of Chaos magic is still in the early stage. She wasn't even aware of what she can do, let alone, realize that what it is called is Chaos Magic until the 'Avengers: Disassembled' comics. It's very odd that no reactor has asked the question: "If Wanda's kids weren't real, how were they able to think independently?" If her twins and her own version of Vision were fake and just merely a product of her mind and power, how were they able to have separate minds apart from Wanda's? She couldn't even telepathically manipulate them into thinking what she wanted them to think. Please keep in mind that SOUL is the essence of a human being. It is the receptacle of memory, consciousness and mind. Without it, humans would be just like a robot, behaving based on what they are programmed to do, or just breathing like a lifeless doll. But it wasn't the case with her family. They can feel and express emotions just like how angry Vision was during their confrontation in WandaVision episode 5, or when Billy was very concerned, asking her mother if she was okay after Agatha siphoned a bit of Wanda's power when she was shielding them from her blast. This speaks volume about her family being real. However, Vision started disintegrating and the twins when Wanda attempted to take down the Hex. It is because she tied their existence to the Hex. They may not die from any natural means but they will cease to exist the moment Wanda lift the spell that's keeping them alive. That was the flaw in Wanda's spell. Agatha said so herself: "Now, do you see? You TIED your family to this twisted world, and now one can't exist without the other." "Give me your power, and i will correct the FLAWS in your original spell. And you, and your family, and the people of Westview can all live together in peace."

Also Billy doesn’t remember the other witches for different reasons. The sigil prevents him from remembering Lilia, he only saw Alice briefly immediately after the accident, and he did remember following Jen online, he mentioned she helped shrink the size of his pores in episode 2.

Sorry for all the comments, Im never first to these things. Lilia put the sigil on William because she foresaw his future and wanted to protect him from Agatha and others. The sigil prevents witches from sensing his power, and Agatha absolutely would have tried to kill him if she knew what he was from the beginning.

So...that's an interesting narrative you've concocted. The only part I've seen basis for is that Lilia's Divination Magic activated during the palm reading. There's enough evidence that she foresaw his future, and you could maybe get that she placed the sigil to protect him based on what you know about her as a character. But there's no evidence that the sigil prevents others from sensing his powers, since they didn't fully waken until episode 5. And why would Lilia protect him specifically against Agatha when she had no idea Agatha was in the area? I'm confused by your leaps here. "Agatha absolutely would have tried to kill him if she knew what he was from the beginning." Agatha has few weak spots, but Teen seemed to hit one. (Not the one for beautiful powerful women.) That statement is a leap. Edit: removed something that felt post-ep 6.

In reality, Lilia caused the events of Multiverse of Madness! The sigil prevented Wanda from hearing Billy (and a spoiler I won't mention that comes in Ep 8).
