That's for the mass or Eucharist service. This is a performance of sacred music. It's a concert specifically for her TV program. She's also not wearing the outfit to distract anyone from the real purpose. It's her personal style she wears for herself. And frankly, it's rather modest and stately. Generally people don't see the organist in church by the very nature of the instrument. Yes, I know this is a two year old comment but it just seemed mean spirited and petty. I'm impressed you can even see her outfit for that huge log of self-righteous judgement in your eye.
