Sburb's "Cycle" depends on the players creating a new universe and ruling said universe until that one plays Sburb yet again, and create yet another universe. Homestuck's Scratch occurs because the game was unable to be completed without Scratching. You could apply this to Undertale by having Frisk reset each time, creating another universe for them to "rule". In order for the Scratch to occur, what must have gone wrong in Undertale to have made Deltarune?

I really think you would enjoy the 2020 essay "'My Immortal' As Alchemical Allegory". It's very similar to your work on Undertale and Homestuck, except about My Immortal, an extremely bad fanfiction. The evidence is incredibly compelling. He was also in charge of managing the art team and the music team and made a bunch of music for homestuck and hiveswap. From what they say he is one of Andrew Hussie's closest friend, in their house they probably talked a lot about where homestuck should go.
