Cretinism is due to low level of thyroid hormone and occur in Childrens causes low IQ ,deaf mutism. Simple goitre is same due to low thyroxine results in swelling of neck and Graves disease or Exopthalmic Goitre is due to high level of thyroxine which increase BMR Person become very thin and eye ball come out..!!
