Yeah the unused dialogue is all the parts where Bennett felt compassionate, human and supportive. The finished game is so harsh because he pulled all humanity out, leaving only the cold, hard, spiky and absolutely annoying shell

It’s not really harsh or annoying. In this he actually notably taunts you more, where as in the full game he understands that you’re gonna be going through a rough time, but he consistently shows dialogue that he believes in you.

Some small thing that you probably noticed: as the dialogue carries on throughout the game at the different sections, Bennett gets progressively closer to his mic. You can probably hear this is in a compilation of the dialogue continuously playing.
