probably has some advantages, like starting power from a dead stop. contol of the wheel spin, ect. i cannot image it being a cheap mod. the C60 is a good economical engine and probably cheaper then swapping with an electric motor and batteries. the C60 is reliable cheap frugal on gasoline. i burn less then a gallon per hour while mowing with a 60" deck, it really is an economical engine. what about PTO can you run a belly mower with the electric conversion?
