And Russia became a nationalist republic led by White Guard generals and later fascists like Savinkov and Rodzaevsky. The borders would be different... you can look for this lore in YT

The issue with this ending is the relations between Germany and the Allies, regardless of timeline Germany would hold resentment towards them. Germany was a threat to both the East and to the West because it acted as a third party on the world stage not affiliated with either "side" as much as it was its own force.

He made nazism illegal and became peaceful dictator who began recovering Germany from results of two civil wars. Peasant ending: peasants were so tired from feudal outrage that started revolution against feudalism, they crashed emperor's forses, united Germany and made Martin Lüther as first Bundespräsident. Barbarossa ending: Frederic Barbarossa didn't sink in the river, so he crashed Saladin, made Egypt Christian again by forse, and declared himself as Pharaoh).
