I am by no means an expert. But I am fairly certain that you are supposed to RUN from Siren Head, not keep baiting it to attack you. This is such a massive improvement from their first Siren Head game. The only minor downside is that they have dialed down the ambient Siren Head noises a lot in this. I understand doing it in the early game to build up suspense better. Also I think your second time on the bridge might have bugged the game.
