Ending D - Katey has to be given the Zombrex, but the bike must not be fixed.
Ending C - Katey has to be given Zombrex , all cases has to be done the bike must be finished (difference from Ending D) but you mustn't get on the bike, instead let the time run out
Ending B - Katey has to be given Zombrex, all cases has to be done the bike must be finished (one difference from Ending D) but you mustn't escape when on the bike, instead let the time run out.
Ending A - All cases had to have been completed, Katey has to be given her Zombrex, and the bike has to be done to achieve this ending.

To figure out what's with the truck, search "case zero playthourgh" on youtube, you'll understand. While refueling his truck (Yes, it's chuck's), he goes into the gas station for supplies. A man gets into chucks truck and hijacks it. Thus, chuck has to find a bike to get out of there.
