This agent is really interesting, her playstyle is different from other agents Imagine it like this, you're enemies got trailed and you can combo it with the boombot blind wich is 2 charges and can blind any revealed/trailed enemies that are on site, basicly like reyna's blind but with more brain to use it

Every character is actually balanced from starting of the game, but this stupid NA people complain so much that they’ve literally made every character weak and this character is overpowered just like any other character at starting and you know they are gonna nerf her too. Nah... Astra can combo pull + stun at the same spot... the only way of getting out of Astra's pull when you're stunned is to dash / satchet / teleport / dismiss away... there are things that we predict it to be OP, but it ends up not being...

i think the seize ability may be too op, since this is the hardest cc (aside from disabled) we have ever had in the game. there is no way to interact with this cc. For the most part, all of the new characters have some way to counter their util with the primary interaction tool most players have; shoot it. Reyna eye, kj's entire kitt, skye (flash, dog, and cabbage-squids), kayo knife, chamber trips, all can be shot at. with sage's slow orb you have the choice of wait out, slow walk over it, or just full sprint it. disable, you can try to run at it, or use util to kill the ult, run out of the affected area, or just die. If we could shoot at the seize orb, and end the leash effect prematurely, but still have the decayed effect, there would be more interactions/counter-play to the ability. Seize is functionally a "confirm the kill" ability; you have already hunted and found your quarry, this will help slow them down and make the kill easier, we don't need a kill assurance. having the enemy turn around to shoot the seize should be enough of a deterrent/positional confirmation (i.e. gun sounds) for the fade and co. to swarm the enemy and kill them.

I disagree. Unlike Kayo's knife or Reyna's orb, this ability is MUCH harder to land. And it has a very short window where you actually have a good advantage for pushing the enemy. It does not last long so once you're past the halfway point of the decay it does not hinder the enemy's ability to take the fight and kill you, whereas kayo's knife suppresses you and reyna's orb nearsights you. On top of that, this ability is much less likely to hinder multiple opponents at once than kayo's and reyna's. In higher elo where people are hitting lots of headshots, the decay isn't all that useful. The only oppressive factor of this ability that I can think of is comboing it with mollies or raze grenade. But again you'd have to actually land it which would be hard.

Op has never been hit by a breach stun. In that case, you get 1 bullet to try and tap the enemy, else you're dead. With seize, unless you're caught in a wide open space, you'll be able to go around corners and retain full gunplay. And the effect doesn't last too long.

@@cashmoney3801 Well in my eyes not only does it lead you straight to the enemy it applies the decay which leaves them about 2 tap if you get to them quick enough and you could combo it with 2 of her abilities her prowler thing and then if you use it right that orb thing that latches people in the area and decays them even more since you know there last position

I think this will increase Chamber, Yoru, Neon and Raze’s pick rate Since I think Fade relies on the abilities in short to long distances of finding info gathering and Chamber, Yoru, Neon and Raze can avoid being caught by running, teleporting and satchling away that gives Fade a weak chance especially her ult because it comes in ticks like Breach’s ult so they can ultimately avoid being tracked

Eh. I wouldn't be too sure about that until we see certain interactions. Haunt, for example, if done right is gonna be near impossible to dodge since it's line of sight, not a radius like her Sieze. So you can satchel, teleport, etc, all you want but the moment that thing activates, once you've been spotted, it's too late, you're marked. Sieze can be manually drop so you can essentially "pop flash" the Sieze to give next to no time to dodge. The Prowlers can be shot and move very fast so if you have time to teleport, satchel, etc then you have time to just shoot the thing and avoid the problem all together. The weird interactions that'll determine how well they'll do against her is how the mark and Sieze handle teleportation. Satcheling and Neon's abilities are just movement so you'll just get yoinked back in by Sieze and the mark will just follow you in the air. But will teleportation cause a trail to show where you teleported to or will the mark just skip that part and continue from where you TP. If the former, then she'll be able to counter Chamber and Yoru a bit with her abilities. If the latter, then they'll at least be able to escape the mark. In the case of Sieze, would it break the tether or would it try to yoink you back into it, potentially pinning you to a wall or something? Again, if the former, then Yoru and Chamber would have better odds but if the Latter, they'll potentially get just as screwed over. Her ult can potentially be escaped from but the area of it is massive so it'll be a little tricky for anyone other than Yoru or Chamber unless you're on the edge of it.

Her Marked seems to work retroactively but I can't tell if it's just on the ult or if the leer nade thingy works retroactively as well. Anyway that's kinda huge, enables plays like we've seen in the gameplay reveal where she ults on site and immediately knows where the enemy's hiding and sends in the wolf.
