Important to note, Stade de France is not the only venue to have hosted Football and Rugby World Cup Finals. The Yokohama International Stadium hosted the 2002 FIFA World Cup final AND the 2019 Rugby World Cup Final. Thought I'd point that out.

The most exciting final and of high quality was in 1986 when Argentina beat West Germany 3-2 but the most visually striking and creative stadium was Soccer City in 2010.
