I really didn't want to look at a guide but all I needed for 100% completion was bloody syphox! Ran around for ages trying to scan everything, you saved me from a massive headache haha

You are missing the osmotic cube (alpha). In the poison base.

Finally found it. The base closest to the "Hissing Quagmire of Zyp" teleporter has a few patches of tall gras, the cube is behind one of those
