WOW!!! Having heard this iconic metal classic anthem tens of thousands of times over the last 4 decades, I can honestly say that I've NEVER heard the intro SPOKEN as if a bawdy tavern bard is beginning to tell a story. Now, having actually heard it for the first time, DAMMIT, MAN, if it doesn't REALLY FUCKING WORK!!! The chorus and the rest of the verses are sung phenomenally! The girls do a superb job of shredding through the solos and the rest of the song. This rather unusual cover is probably one of my favorite cover versions EVER!!!

Honestly the best part of this is how everyone involved seems to be having an absolute blast. One of the best things that ever happened to metal was discovering it's sense of humor and becoming self aware. Aside from Anthrax and a few other (mostly) hair metal bands, so many metal bands were self serious to the point of parody. Now it's like professional wrestling after everyone admitted it was fake, they said "fuck it, we're still having fun."
