Synopsis
UA Academy's Class 1-A has been the focus of a substantial amount of public attention due to the multiple villain attacks they have faced over the past school year. This attention has left Class 1-A's rivals, Class 1-B, feeling quite bitter. Desiring to prove their skills, they look forward to the opportunity that has been given to them: a set of mock battles between the students of each class.
The classes are split into squads of four, each of which is tasked with capturing the other group members. The winner is the group who first secures all of the opposing team. While this sounds simple, a curveball is thrown into the mix with the inclusion of General Course Student Hitoshi Shinsou, who wishes to transfer into the Hero Course. Despite using his training with Class 1-A's homeroom teacher Shouta "Eraserhead" Aizawa to prove that he's capable of being a real hero, he is still far behind the others due to his lack of experience. However, Shinsou is determined to overcome this challenge.

I imagine his failure with izuku and tomura. Tomura: Because of all might's connection with nana. Izuku: Because he was one of the last straws that broke the camels back. Keep in mind, in this universe. Izuku still had hope at first, untill the government's announcement and losing his own mother. If all might thought similar or smarter then his canonself. He would've realized izuku would've been a great hero. But with toshi's failure. Came all for one's victory, society outcasted izuku and left him with only two choices left. Villainy or death. Because of the discrimination against certain quirks or quirkless individuals. The only thing all for one had to do was catch izuku from the proverbial cliffedge. Or stop him before he fell. But when it comes to the mha canon. Izuku becoming a hero and inherited one for all saved class 1A. And many others. Because if he didn't or did what bakugo said at the beginning. (Sucide) Ochako would've probably died, along with tsuyu and mineta. Not to mention ilda, and any other student throughout the other villain attacks. Ochako was saved from the zero pointer. Mineta and tsuyu from the USJ attack. (Either from villains or shigaraki.) Shoto from himself. Ilda from himself and stain. (Mostly himself since vegance was on the brain.) That one hero, who interned iIda from stain. (Forgot his name.) Out of those six characters, only shoto wouldn't of died around that time. But he would've suffered more damage because of not using his fire. Katsuki: let's be honest he only survived the kamino incident because of his friends and all might. All might: Chances are he may still had one for all at the time. But he would potentially end up dead, because of bakugo's presence. Eri and miro: The former would've had a fate worse then death from overhaul. While the latter would be dead or quirkless along with night eye.

Sometimes I wonder if AFO is actually just talking to All Might and telling him about Deku just to mock him and make him realize his mistake of not helping Deku out when he should have. Now that Deku went under AFO’s training and teachings. He just became something far more than he can even imagine.

Is even Inko's death planned by AFO? Because that's one of the BIGGEST reasons why Izuku became a villain in the first place. As a result, AFO took him and trained him to hate the heroes, but it didn't work. Izuku STILL had a hero image, so it reminded AFO All Might. And then, he gave Izuku a quirk danger sense, so he could fight Gigantomachia. Probably after this, he won and was told by AFO (that's my guess), that Inko is in a dangerous situation and they (AFO and the doctor) will try to rescue her. However, both of them PROBABLY knew it wouldn't happen as it has a VERY LOW chance of success. Knowing about this, Izuku probably felt either rage or despair, and didn't know what to do. Later that day, he returned home to check what was taking place on. But what he didn't know, is that the upperups had a plan to burn the house. This explains why Izuku was burned alive and made like that. These are all my theories and guesses. I could be wrong about that. For me, this is the only reason why he became a villain. We're talking about Izuku, so AFO wouldn't easily turn him into a villain.

Nah, i don’t think he planned her death but used it as a stepstool to show Izuku how cruel the hero society is. In a way, it was a useful coincidence for him to have Inko participate in this flawed program as the Minister didn’t have any remorse to sacrify her for their experiment. So with the loss of his mother, the public humiliation that almost cost his life, Katsuki who "killed" and stole his dream without any care for him...all of those, added to a young men’s shattered soul can easily open your eyes. So yeah, i don’t think he could have plan everything but with the informations he had, he found a way to finally demonstrate the truth hidden behind the hero society.

honestly i dont think he did seeing the panel next to inkos body while izuku cried you can actually see all for one frowning heavily something he rarelyy ever does. implying that the scene upset even him a ancient evil with its shear innocent tradgedy. the FIRE however i belive all for one could have helped happen pushing the interal asscioation to cover up evidence knowing a final act pf cruelty would push deku into villiany. he didnt expect just how innocent and noble izuku really was trying to save his mothers body and ending up horrfically burned.

I would like to think that the fan manga called "My Villain Gang" as What If...? alternate stories just like with Marvels. Katsuki Bakugo is the person that I truly blame and despise for his ego, uncompassionate and self-centered teenager, after all he bullied Izuku throughout their childhood, constantly doubted him for being quirkless and kept reminding him that he can't be a Hero like the previous chapters when he discovered Izuku became a Villain, it's ironic isn't it during their encounter in the Yakuza raid when he was retreating but it was too late for him and Bakugo is still the bully that Izuku remembered, he is the very reason why he fell into the Dark. In the My Villain Gang MHA Bakugo was alot like Kotaro Shimura in so many ways and how similar they are in compassion: Kotaro hated Heroes because his mother Nana who abandoned him for his own safety from All for One, in his twisted belief that Heroes don't care about the family they left behind and even abuse his own children in a mere mention 'Hero' until one of them Tenko (Tomura Shigaraki) became a Villain, while Bakugo constantly bullied Izuku because he was quirkless, being such a very selfish kid that he is, in his belief that being quirkless means they are useless in their society, and Bakugo truly believes that quirkless people don't belong in society and a selfish obsessive goal to become the Number One Hero and it's all he cares about, trying to prove that he's stronger than anyone else. It's sad and tragic how Abuse, Bully, Neglect can shatter any kind-hearted individual to fell into the darkness and turning them into a path to Villainy, memories of their actions can only worsen the victim to become more hateful because of their own mistakes and misdeeds. (sorry for the long comment that looks more like a essay...this is how I comment on KZbin because I had ADHD, also my opinion on what I see in this video and how I felt about it.)

In the original mha i didnt like that all might telling a quirkless boy that he cant be a hero. Eventhough he was quirkless too. Now All might is dealing with the consequences of his actions. I will not pity them, they deserve to face the consequences of his actions. Hopefully bakugo suffers 10 fold for what he done to izuku. Also Original and this version bakugo does not deserve to be a hero. I will never respect bakugo if he doesnt face the consequences of his actions.
