By that i mean you can complete the whole frozen legends set of course you have to buy the frozen legends pack & frozen gear bundle to complete the set. What I'm trying to say is that the frozen axe will never come back, so if any one who doesn't have it then that person can't complete frozen legends set. These bundles can return but not the pickaxe
