I think that Queendom is one of the best moments in the group's career. EVERY performance is amazing and unique, in my opinion (G)I-DLE should have won. Put it straight I think is the best performance among (at least) female groups.

I dare not agree that they should have won. Perhaps the second place, but OMG also showed cool performances. And the first place is deservedly for the group, which is famous for their live performances and stage presence. And yes, I may be a little biased, I'm sorry :)

@@OGzReacts I don't know if you've listened to Mamamoo, but I suggest you listen them while they're still active (Solar's solo comeback is coming soon, also in March). 100% Vocal and live performance queens of 3rd gen. I'm sorry if it's annoying under the video of another group :)

Actually, Koreans themselves said that GIDLE Queendom performance change girl groups demographic forever...like one of the legendary stages in the history of Kpop girl groups not just Queendom

if you watch the whole show you'll see the creative process and inputs Soyeon's bring to the table, all of this amazing performance starts with her, the main theme, song arrangement, stage setting etc etc yes!watch their live performances too, they're such a great performers & they sing live, Soyeon makes different arranges to each songs esp. latata(Soyeon&Soojin choreo the dance breaks just in one week) the cube really sucks in marketing department and its all thanks to Soyeon as she pushes her ideas forward leaving the management to ok-sign on her *now being bias but Soyeon really is the driving force of (G)I-DLE*

1:45 thats the intended effect. Soyeon asked minnie to do the first part of latata in thailand with a creepy spell/chant-like effect 5:55 the budget is not really the problem. Outside of queendom, they also got amazing stage props like in award show special performances too, but the public relation and marketing part is... problematic also if you'd like to see more soyeon and miyeon, you can also check out 'K/DA - pop/star', its a promotional MV for League of Legend, a MOBA game from RIOT, starring K/DA, a fictional girl group whom those 2 girl gave their voice to. The MV is amazing, and their Augmented Reality live performance for 2018 World championship opening ceremony is also amazing!

The original version of Put It Straight is very different from the Nightmare version they performed. The original is more of a melancholy ballad, more sad than creepy.

@@OGzReacts btw, Soyeon at first wanted to performe the original version but the rest of the group wasn't sure because wasn't fast enough, SO the girls started to talk about this and Soyeon came up with the idea to change this song and ad a rap verse to this, the girls liked that and they performe that, I think it's cool and it's showing that communication is really in (G)I-dle and also that Soyeon can listen to her members

Actually when you said their company doesnt treat them well... After their big blow-up year 2018 they always got good budgets, well-shot MV's and regular promotions. Thing is Cube sucks at marketing their artists (I-dle is so unique in K-pop, they should be bigger) and more importantly they suck at protecting their artists. Which ultimately cost Soojin (and other Cube artists in the past) her career. That's why Cube is nearly universaly hated as a company.

(G)I-DLE on Queendom was pretty much next level for their stages. Latata showed everyone else on the show what could be done in this format. All the other acts pretty much went basic on their stages for the opening, even Mamamoo for as "extravagant" as they went for the opening number didn't change the song much. (G)I-DLE revamped Latata for this opening. Unfortunately I think "Fire" was a bit of a snake bite for them. They were gonna be compared to 2NE1 no matter what. Either they were trying too much to be like 2NE1 or they were too different. "Put it Straight" is, in my opinion, one of the best stage performances ever. Vocals and acting were on point conveying the emotion of the song, especially Soojin's part in the second verse. Lion was just a great ending of the show for them. Also, don't skip out on the other acts. Mamamoo kills it as you would expect. Park Bom was amazing and held up well considering she as the only soloist. AOA and Lovelyz had some good stages as well. For me though, Oh My Girl was the biggest surprise. Their first stage was pretty bland and conservative, not bad, just not very memorable. After they saw what (G)I-DLE did in the first round they kicked it up about 8 notches. Their later stages were incredible. I still go back and watch the stages, I think they are that good. I hope you at least watch the other stages if not react to them. cheers😄
