​​@@nytro9302To be honest the more you think about it and tie it to current events in the series, it makes sense. The toilets at these point we're busy upgrading and building new toilets to counteract the alliances advance, so they couldn't even focus on gman that much, and the fact that they also had a infected titan Speakerman to upgrade and even a scientist mech to make, it completely make sense on why he's 3.0 version looks absolutely random, it's basically just he's 2.0 form but with more lasers. And some glasses and headphones, It was probably meant to handle something the likes of cinemaman and not UTCM in a way.
