Cell should be reworked where his normal state is Semi Perfect and his “Super Saiyan” form is Perfect Cell and his “Super Saiyan 2” form is Super Perfect Cell

the only character to have a different move is Wicked Bloodline since they have a ability to access Super nova Same goes for Stolen Potential (Buuhan) has the ability to access majin bomb Wicked Bloodline and Stolen Potential are the only characters to have a SPECIAL move ---> Supernova -> Wicked Bloodline (Cooler and Frieza) Majin Bomb -> Stolen Potential (Buuhan)

Why dies Cell have none of his actual moves aside from like a normal Kamehameha? Like why does he have Frieza and Piccolos beams instead of like Solar Kame and Perfect Barrier or smth

I mean Solar Kamehameha is just Kamehameha but idk where would they add the perfect barrier in since the game doesn't have evasive skills due to it only being ki and health based which is better than having stamina bars
