Reasons being all of his forms are pretty friken OP UI AND MUI DESTRYOS YOU In SECONDS AND HE HAS INSTA KILL MOVES. You mean Nightmare ultra? Well for me I would press U to transform into Nightmare ultra. I know a way to figure out what your transformation key is. All you have to do is go into training mode. Choose Goku a thousand years old then press every single letter key on your keyboard. Until you transform into Nightmare Ultra. Once you figure out what the letter key is make sure you remember. You can also change your controls in configuration to what you prefer. But keep in mind whatever your transformation key is it's not going to be the same for every character. Some characters require you too hold S aka Down plus J or whatever your controls are. I'm trying to say that not every character is going to transform by pressing that key Every character is different and every character transforms differently. Some characters will transform from the same key button you press, some will require you to be at very low health or a different key combination to use. I hope this helps even though you asked this a Month ago lol.
