I am on a diet again to keep my weight down, although I have been very good and eating less but over my birthday and the Thanksgiving, I did cheat because I have a hard time when chocolate is around. It has to be a great feeling knowing all the goats you are bringing to the sale are all quality goats. Good temperament, good genetics, healthy and happy. Would be nice to think they all get to go to a farm for breeding and not freezer camp.

My Dad used to wash our buck every once in a while, just to get the real old urine off and it did help cut down on the stink some. Boy the buck would get upset. He would bleat and roll his eyes and shake his head. It was funny.

Kevin, Rachel, Explain why you guys keep pigmy goats. Wouldn’t pigmys down size the actual weight of the goats you sell? Won’t it have an impact on how much your check would be at sale time?
