The fact you didn’t know if you could’ve prevented Safi death shows that you did not watch a single trailer of this game. That’s a good thing meaning you didn’t get the game spoiled for you through trailers.

The whole point of Safi's question about Chloe is the game trying to organically ask which ending you chose, instead of having you just select it before you start the game. If you chose the Bay ending, then she died. If you chose the BAE ending, then she lived and they later broke up. So many streamers I have watched were confused by this question, so I don't think Deck 9 implemented it as well as they could have.

That makes sense. Thank you for explaining. I was quite confused during that. Seems like I chose the wrong one here then because I chose Chloe over Arcadia in my original play through.

Honestly cannot imagine how they could have implemented the choice better - the issue is that streamers aren't actually paying attention to the game, they're paying attention to chat. Number one reason I think all streamers should only interact with chat before and after stream when playing story based games. I'm actually going insane over all the VODs I've watched where people are complaining about the story not making sense when the things they're complaining about are directly explained through words or text and they're too busy looking away from their screens and moving focus to chat to keep up.

Why you lying ? A lot of these streamers don’t even pay attention when they play life is strange games. She went into this game blanking on what happened in life is strange. She should’ve replayed life is strange before playing double exposure.
