He was severely malnourished and dehydrated for days.
His body was terribly weak and emaciated.

Нужен закон в защиту животных со строгими наказаниями для безответственных людей,тогда может быть жизнь для кошек и собак станет лучше. А еще пожилые люди заводят себе питомца не задумываясь о том ,что будет и где придется жить кошке или собаке после смерти хозяина.И поэтому часто животные оказываются брошенными и становятся бездомными,что очень печально.😢

@@carpediem7721. Во-первых сотни роликов как выхаживают собаку, у которой рёбра торчат. Собаки еле живые, часто не могут встать. Чтобы было эффективнее, их подстригают. Никто не видел таких собак на улицах. А худые они из-за сильного обезвоживания. Хозяин долго держит в ящике без еды и питья. Есть даже случаи когда снимают собаку, как она мучается от голода и умирает, а если прокрутить с более поздних кадров, то вроде как собака выздоравливает.
