@HH Hattsut's data mined normal rate is 0.61 withing the legendary bucket (so if you hit a legendary, then you have a 0.61% chance its Hattsut). But her rate for this particular banner is 18%, so that's why people are saying, this is more than a x10 for Hattsut. Its weird, but I guess the devs want to set the percentage of a x10 as if all heroes had an equal chance of being pulled, or close to it.

OMG! I just go super lucky. Decided to pull a few shards (pulled 80 XD) and actually pulled 5 legos! I've NEVER had that happen before! And I didn't pulled Hatssut or Artemis. But I did pull Sadue, a dupe Shamir, a Kineza, A Dupe Regulus, and my most wanted champ in the game, AJAX!!! I'm so freaking happy! After the 5th one. I stopped and decided to just save everything for the next big event. The funniest thing was after my first lego (who was Ajax, still hyped about that) i just wanted to pull some shards to work on getting to mercy in case. Then I pulled another, tried it again, and again. After the 5th time, I just had to stop! XD

It's important to show the bad summons. Getting a leggo in the 10x only gives you a 1/3 chance of pulling a banner champ. Me? I got Orim and Kria. You're in good company.
