Hi Carlo, thank you for this very useful template. I am wondering if you could take a look at the 500x200 template, it seems that it has few problems. in the summary sheet, the reliability measurement doesn't show anything, and the same happen to the central tendency. this affect the subsequent sheets, the DiffDisc does not work, the MCDist seems wrong and the printable sheet looks incorrect too. Can you take a look on the 500x200 template, because I'm working with huge number of data, sometimes easily exceeds 800 students.

I have the papers from a multiple choice test and for "fun" I wanted to enter the information into a spreadsheet and use that to handle the grading. Then I realized I not only couldn't figure out the formula I would need to grade the papers, I couldn't find a youtube video that seemed like it taught what I would need to know. Hi Carlo, there seems to be something wrong with the 500x200 version. In the summary part, 'central tendency' section doesn't give correct results. Since it's locked I can't figure out why. Is it possible that you check and revise it? 100x100 works well but we sometimes ask too many questions in our tests so I would really appreciate if 500x200 is fixed.

Hello po. I just want to ask, bakit po sa summary part sa may UG and LG I have 27 students sa grade 6 is 26 lang naka register 13 sa UG and 13 din sa LG. Ganun din sa Grade 4 ko 22 students pero 10 pang sa UG and 11 lang sa LG bali 21 lang instead na 22. Thanks. I'd like to edit nalang sana pero protected po. Sana masagot. Salamat

Hello! On your first question, I'm not sure what you mean. If your question means: "does this template measure validity and reliability?" then the answer would be that it only measures reliability via internal consistency (KR-20, KR-21, Cronbach's) but it doesn't measure validity. If your question means: "what is the validity and reliability of the template itself?" then no, I don't have it. I've never done that. Regarding your second question, to be honest, hindi ko alam. Because it is free to download and distribute, I really don't know if it was used in any studies already. All I can say is that I'm aware that it's being used as an "official" Item Analysis tool in some schools, and it is given freely by some colleges and universities to their undergrad or masters Education Majors as part of their Measurement and Evaluation subjects. Unfortunately, I don't have the liberty to say which schools, colleges or universities I'm referring to. Pero okay lang po if you want to verify it naman. You can use the template to assess test items, and then you can assess the test items using manual computations, and then compare the results. :)
